DEVELOPMENT OF ECO-ENTREPRENEURSHIP COMPETENCES FOR GREEN AND PERSONAL GROWTH

 The main objective of this project is to create an innovative methodology helping natural science teachers to form key competences among students from the upper secondary education level related to entrepreneurship in the field of environmental education through active transnational cooperation and transfer of innovative practices. А methodology for the formation and integration of entrepreneurial skills in a specific context of training related to ecology and environmental protection, and related tools.

The innovative aspect of the project work is expressed in:

*Creating an integrative, interdisciplinary methodology for the formation and integration of entrepreneurial skills in a specific context of training, related to ecology and environmental protection;

*Improving the level of key competences and transversal skills through non-formal learning methods that place the student at the centre of the educational process;

*Developing the design of a complete learning process, based on the developed methodology, for preparation for students in upper secondary education;

*Developing content design, learning activities and resources for organizing innovative eco-entrepreneurial training.

As a result the following Intellectual outputs will be elaborated [O1-O6]:

  1. Compilation book of good educational practices for eco-entrepreneurship education in the field of ecology and biodiversity conservation
  2. Methodological guide for teachers on the formation of eco and entrepreneurial skills
  3. Tutorial for students in secondary school for innovative eco-entrepreneurship training
  4. Educational online platform
  5. Innovative integrative, interdisciplinary methodology for the formation and integration of entrepreneurial skills in a specific context of training related to ecology and environmental protection, and related tools
  6. Educational videos

 Specific objectives of the project:

  1. *Creating an integrative, interdisciplinary methodology for the formation and integration of entrepreneurial skills in a specific context of training, related to ecology and environmental protection
  2. *Supporting the career development of professionals working in the field of natural sciences, in order to stimulate innovation and improve the quality of teaching and work with students
  3. *Improving the level of key competences and transversal skills through non-formal learning methods that place the student at the centre of the educational process
  4. *Developing the design of a complete learning process, based on the developed methodology, for preparation for students in upper secondary education
  5. *Developing content design, learning activities and resources for organizing innovative eco-entrepreneurial training
  6. *Assessment of the applicability of the innovative methodology and dissemination of the results achieved in other school subjects
  7. *Transfer of innovative approach and tools to support the formation of eco-entrepreneurial competences of trainees, including through adaptation, pilot implementation, evaluation and dissemination of results
  8. *Preparatory and organizational part; transnational meeting

The target group of the project are:

  • on the one hand students in lower secondary school (12-15 years) and
  • on the other: lower secondary school teachers and natural science
